How do I book a tour package with Bagpackers?
The easiest way is to WhatsApp us at +91-9810467420 with your preferred destination, travel dates, number of travellers and budget. Our trip manager will send you a customised itinerary and quotation within minutes. You can also call us directly or use the contact form on our Contact page.
Are the packages customisable?
Yes, absolutely. All Bagpackers packages can be customised — change hotel category, add/remove activities, extend the trip, upgrade transport, or combine two destinations into one trip. Just tell us your preferences on WhatsApp and we'll tailor it for you.
What is included in a standard package?
Standard packages typically include: hotel stay (as specified), airport/railway station pickup and drop, local sightseeing by private cab, listed activities, and daily breakfast. Premium and honeymoon packages include additional features like flower-decorated rooms, romantic dinners, and spa sessions. Exact inclusions are listed on each package page.
Does the price include flights?
Airfare is generally not included in our packages (except when specifically mentioned). Manali and Shimla packages include AC Volvo bus from Delhi. We can assist with flight recommendations and booking separately — just ask your trip manager.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 7-15 days in advance, especially for peak season (October–March for Goa; May–June and December–January for Manali/Shimla; October–March for Kerala and Rajasthan). For honeymoon packages requiring premium resorts, 3-4 weeks advance is ideal. We do accommodate last-minute bookings subject to availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, and cash. A 30-50% advance confirms your booking, with the balance due 48 hours before your trip starts. Your trip manager will share payment details after confirming availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy: 15+ days before travel = 90% refund; 7-14 days = 50% refund; less than 7 days = no refund. Cancellation charges may vary for peak seasons and certain bookings. Please review the Terms & Conditions or ask your trip manager for details.
Do you provide a local guide at the destination?
Yes. Every package includes a local cab driver/guide who is familiar with the destination. For larger groups or premium packages, a dedicated tour manager can be arranged. You also have direct WhatsApp access to your trip manager throughout your trip.
Are children charged extra?
Children below 5 years are generally free (no seat/bed). Children aged 5-11 sharing a room with parents are charged 50% of the adult price. Children above 11 are charged adult rates. Exact child pricing depends on the package — ask your trip manager for specifics.
Can I contact Bagpackers during my trip if something goes wrong?
