After a leisurely breakfast, visit the ancient Hadimba Devi Temple — its setting in a towering deodar forest is incredibly romantic and makes for beautiful couple photographs. Head to Vashisht village for a couples hot spring soak — the warm sulphur water is therapeutic and the small village cafe nearby serves excellent Himachali tea. Visit the Tibetan Monastery for some quiet time together among the prayer flags. In the evening, stroll hand-in-hand along Mall Road and choose from several romantic restaurants for a private candlelight dinner.

Start with white-water river rafting on the Beas River — the Grade II–III rapids are thrilling but manageable for beginners, and the emerald river valley is beautiful. After the rafting high, unwind with a 60-minute couples Ayurvedic spa session — traditional warm oil massages that leave you both completely relaxed. In the afternoon, drive to Rohtang Point (seasonal, permit required) for breathtaking snow views. Evening at leisure for a romantic dinner of your choice.
